The client is the financial services arm of one of India’s largest conglomerates, operating across India with a workforce of approximately 16,000 and serving over 20 million customers.

Summary

Loan management is a tedious business process that involves multiple challenges like piles of paperwork, endless physical on-road movement, critical wait-time for approval and continuous coordination among the stakeholders. When the client reached out to Mobilous for detangling the process, the solution was an end-to-end simplified, hassle-free Loan Management App.

Approach

The Loan Management App consists of structured modules for Salaried, Self-Employed and Corporate customers; further categorised into types of loans like car, home and SME loans.
Built on AppExe, the App enables users to upload their documents through its highly responsive one-click UI features in a secured environment developed for access by registering users through real time verification.
The App offers smooth and steady navigation for submission of proof documents to adding loan requirements.
With dedicated dashboards the loan manager can keep track of customer data and pending details required for completion of the process.
After a successful submission of all documents, a loan ID is generated and the customer can receive a real time status update on loan approval/rejection.
To be accessible to maximum customers, the App has been deployed on premise, Android, iOS and Web.
